You should be lucky because in that game i wasnt even playing it tight, there was no need. i was playing it freely or else i wouldnt bother even tower rushing you which is a risky play on its own.
And Mace has NO defense for egy’s scythe.. whenever I’m egy facing a mace, I simply ignore his army and kill his econ and disrupt buildup. Within a few mins after his eles are half dead half converted, I’ll simply start the super pump and clean town.. Mace doesn’t even get to go over 30-40 vills econ vs a good Egy since no defense.
Mace does not pwn Egy. Egy gets 16 range priests, ballista towers, and super scythes. I’ll gladly 1v1 you Egy vs your Mace anytime. in fact, Egy should kill mace within 5-6 mins with a good scythe pump and defensive priest+towers.
In addition to that, knowing what a nub my pard was, I had to change my style.. I couldn’t go for you all out, I had to play big and defensive. Mace eles are hard to deal with, but the mace only gets to produce so many of them… mace econ sucks.
my land wasnt really much to do anything against you. mace pwns egy with a good rush.
Yeh, my partner was a ridiculous nub.. Had I been his civ, I woulda ended the game in no time.. You did well holding my attacks, but I was outcived vs both of you…plus most major battles I pretty much had to go at it 1v2.
Thing that also throws me off is, I had to hold his hand during the entire game.. every 20-30 seconds I had to stop play and tell him what to do, where and when.. makes you lose so much time.
we won, the vid was too long so i stopped it, but we ended up winning in the end. close one though.
